ANTICAFÉ operates coffee-coworking spaces where payment is based mainly on the time spent. These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to sales and bookings made via anticafe.eu or book.anticafe.eu. Any order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2: General provisions

These T&Cs apply to all bookings and sales made via ANTICAFÉ's websites. ANTICAFÉ reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of payment.

Subscription is made via the contact form; the choice of format and the exact number of guests must be communicated seven working days before the service.

Article 4: Order and booking

The member area is created via the site. The data collected (surname, first name, email) is processed in accordance with Article 8 of these T&Cs. The Customer may amend or delete their information at any time.

4.2 — Bookings

The Customer chooses the date, venue and options, checks the summary then confirms. The booking is only firm once a confirmation email has been received from ANTICAFÉ. It is valid only for the chosen slot, subject to availability.

4.3 — Prepaid cards (Le Pass)

Article 5: Price and payment

Rates are expressed in euros incl. VAT, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. ANTICAFÉ reserves the right to amend its prices at any time; the order is invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of purchase.

Article 6: Retention of title

The products remain the property of ANTICAFÉ until the price has been paid in full by the Customer.

Article 7: Withdrawal and cancellation

7.1 — Table or room booking

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, bookings of slots on a set date do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

Depending on the venue and the type of booking, a card pre-authorisation may be requested when booking online in order to guarantee it. When requested, it is not charged and is automatically released when the Customer arrives.

In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, cancellation fees may be charged — where applicable via the card pre-authorisation — according to the scale indicated at the time of booking. No refund is due for a slot booked and not used.

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. To exercise it: strasbourg@anticafe.fr.

7.3 — Private hire (full or partial)

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the date: 30% of the quote invoiced
  • Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before the date: 50% of the quote invoiced
  • Cancellation less than a week before the date: 70% of the quote invoiced

Article 8: Protection of personal data

By booking, the Customer consents to the collection of the personal data essential for processing the order. ANTICAFÉ undertakes never to share it with third parties save for a legal obligation. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the Customer has a right of access, amendment, rectification and deletion of their data. To exercise it: a letter to the registered office or an email to strasbourg@anticafe.fr. To object to telephone canvassing: bloctel.gouv.fr.

Article 9: Intellectual property

The trademarks, domain names, software, images, texts and content of the anticafe.eu site are the exclusive property of ANTICAFÉ. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these T&Cs. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 10: Force majeure

The performance of ANTICAFÉ's obligations is suspended in the event of a force majeure event. ANTICAFÉ will notify the Customer as soon as possible.
