How far in advance should I book?
For more than 20 people: 4 to 6 weeks, especially in high season. For smaller formats: 1 to 2 weeks is usually enough.
Can we visit before booking?
Yes, a free visit by appointment to assess whether the venue suits you. Mention it in your first message.
Cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. A decreasing refund depending on notice; free rescheduling in case of force majeure.
