Data collected and purposes
Your email address, surname and first name may be collected in the following cases:
- Newsletter: voluntary sign-up. The data is only used to send the newsletter and is not shared with third parties.
- Bookings: handled on book.anticafe.eu, subject to that platform's privacy policy.
- Contact form: name, email, message — used only to answer your request, not shared with third parties.
Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on the user's consent (newsletter, contact) or on the performance of the contract (booking).
Retention period
Contact and newsletter data is kept for 3 years from the last active contact, then deleted or anonymised. Traffic statistics (analytics cookies) are kept for up to 13 months.
User rights
In accordance with the GDPR and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at strasbourg@anticafe.fr.
