How do I book?
Online via our booking app, or by email to bordeaux@anticafe.fr. Immediate confirmation, payment by card or company invoice.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48h before the event. Beyond that, conditions apply. In case of force majeure, we always find an arrangement.
Do you accept company invoices with recoverable VAT?
Yes. We issue a compliant invoice with VAT, payable by transfer, direct debit or card.
Can we order catering?
Yes, through your usual providers or our local partners. Meal trays, cocktails or buffets depending on the duration and number of participants.
Is the room available at weekends?
No. Anticafé Bordeaux is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The room is not available at weekends or on public holidays.
